O’Donnell Tlalpan ‘ODT’: acquisition of a new industrial park with six multi-tenant last-mile warehouses, totaling 25,651 m2 of rentable area.

O’Donnell inaugurates its first last-mile park named ‘OD888‘, located in the heart of Mexico City, featuring 5 warehouses with a total area of 38,765 m2.
2019
Logistics Park in Cuautitlán Izcalli named ‘O’Donnell La Laguna, ODLL,’ featuring 3 warehouses ranging from 24,000 m2 to 31,681 m2.
2018
O’Donnell forms Capital Management and completes the placement of its Development Capital Certificate (“CKD”) for MXN 2 billion (approximately US $100 million) on the Mexican Stock Exchange for the development of Industrial Logistics Parks, In-Fill, and Last Mile in major markets across Mexico. O’Donnell executes a watchlist totaling in 2019.
2015
O’Donnell signs a co-investment with AIG to acquire and develop a speculative industrial park, O’Donnell Puente México, with an area of 1.5 million square feet in three phases in Cuautitlán Izcalli, State of Mexico.
2014
O’Donnell wins a global bid from Audi to develop, in a joint venture with AIG, the Audi Just-In-Time / Just-In-Sequence Supplier Park Build-to-Suit in San José Chiapa, Puebla. The project includes 4 buildings and an intermodal center, totaling 1.9 million square feet.
2007
O’Donnell develops a 1.1 million square foot Build-to-Suit for Kuehne + Nagel at OCPL.
2005
O’Donnell acquires 177 hectares of land in Cuautitlán Izcalli and begins the development of a planned industrial park, O’Donnell Centro Logistico (OCPL), attracting clients such as K + N, Toyota, Dell, Canon, and Hellmann. In total, O’Donnell developed 3 million square feet of speculative properties and build-to-suit projects.
2003
O’Donnell signs a joint programmatic agreement with Prudential Real Estate Investors, marking PREI’s first co-investment in Latin America.
O’Donnell develops a 344,206 square foot Build-to-Suit for Mattel.
1996
O’Donnell and a group of private investors sign a joint venture to develop the O’Donnell Aeropuerto Industrial Park in Querétaro. O’Donnell acquires 14 hectares with private capital and attracts its first client, Johnson Controls.
1994
O’Donnell starts operations in Mexico.

O’Donnell’s mission is to enhance the competitiveness of its clients and generate a positive impact in the communities where it invests. Since 1994, O’Donnell has developed and acquired approximately 1.26 million square meters across 9 of the most important regions in the country, investing over $1 billion USD in partnership with investment partners AIG and Prudential, as well as through its publicly traded fund (CKD), O’Donnell Capital Management (ODOCK18).
